  1. Do not take more than 15 nicotine lozenge in a day.
  2. Use one lozenge at a time.
  3. From time to time you should move the lozenge around your mouth.
  4. Do not eat or drink while you are having nicotine lozenge.
  5. You should use 1 lozenge in every 1-2 hours, it depends on your carvings. If you have less carvings then you can reduce your taking number.
  6. You have to take it for 6-8 weeks from your Quit Day.
  7. After your quitting, whenever you feel carving for nicotine you can use them.

You can use nicotine lozenge as a combination of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

Side Effects of Nicotine Lozenges

Nicotine Lozenges are come with almost no side effects. It might take some time to become habituate with it. A small number of side effects might come like sore mouth, hiccups, heartburn or nausea. Consult with your doctor immediately if you experience any unusual symptoms while having your nicotine lozenge.
