  • Find some strategies to overcome your stressful situation as stress might lead you up to smoking again.
  • Make your surrounding smoke free. Through way everything that relates with smoking like cigarette stray, lighter of even an empty cigarette packet.
  • Avoid your smoker friends while they are smoking and refuse their cigarette offers.
